Jeep WJ Rock Sliders - IOR

Iceland Offroad has a great solution for rocker protection in the form of a custom high-clearance rock slider.  Made from 3/16" steel for great protection.
They mount onto the pinch seam with 9 stainless steel bolts.  There is a steel strip that bolts onto the back side of the pinch seam for added strength. There are gusets welded onto the inside of the slider to prevent pushing up into the panel.

Other sliders sit below the pinch weld and decrease your ground clearance by 2".  Since these mount to the pinch weld and to the top of your existing rocker panel, they can be used with virtually any lift without modification.  If you plan to run a long arm kit, traditional sliders may be in the way of the control arm mounts.  So your left with either fabricating a new mounting system, somehow welding it to the long arm bracketry or removing them completely leaving you with an exposed rocker panel just waiting to be dented on the next rock.
