Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it at any time within 30 days. All products returned must be in NEW UNUSED condition, 100% complete & contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.

ALL Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the original shipping charges are not refunded.

Typographical Errors:

We try our best but we are only human. Occasionally we may make an error inputing information such as incorrect prices or descriptions. If you notice an error please let us know. Sorry, but we cannot honor price typos.

CSL OFFROAD therefore expects the customer to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any product.
